PPF interest changed to 4%! #personalfinance

What if I hold one ppf in the name of child then too? Pls clarify

I have 2 ppf accounts in my name, the 2nd one was opened by bank employees forcefully. May I know the process of merging both the ppf accounts? No bank employee is aware of this ppf accounts merging process.

Is this even when the total deposits is not exceeding INR 1.5 L in a FY across all accounts?

Hi Udayan, i opened ppf account in postal on my kid name, and wife is nominee . She is not having any ppf account. Will my son account will get 7.1%? Plz let me know
