As a 2016 guest who got an acc in 2018 I must say that those years were great ones, maybe even the best, with endless videos of watching Dan & the Pals, great games with great people, & the simplicity & goofiness of it all. I feel that the platform has traced away to a more harmful, over-complex environment & yearn for those years of bliss, but enjoy what’s closest to it as much as I can.

To me, 2014 - 2017 was the peak for Roblox. Every channel, game, event, and music video people made on Roblox were great then. It’s sad that we can never go back to it ever again. That’s why we have to just make the best of our time.

This hits home so much.. ROBLOX today feels so different. It may be because I’ve grown and I’m no longer a single digit age, but today’s ROBLOX feels so emo. Everyone spends so much on their appearance, and I feel like most games have been replaced with either anime-inspired or horror games. I want to cry. This video brought back some of my most cherished memories, and I would do anything to return to this period of my life. The 2010s will always be the most special time of my life.

This hits me so much, back in those days, roblox was really fun, I made my first friends on 2017, we were inseparable, playing any game on teams with them just made me happy, it truly makes me sad realising that all of those moments are gone, nowadays, I just don’t enjoy Roblox. I’m alone, most of my friends stopped playing, sold their accounts, got works or can’t play because of school. I remember I had a group of friends, every time I joined them, we had so much fun. In those times u didn’t play Roblox to be the best at a game or get the best things, u played because it was fun. This brings me so much nostalgia, and it makes me sad.

I started playing in 2015-2018 and still play today. I continued playing it, so still playing it meant I was able to experience ROBLOX growing up and changing into a new game. I really liked old ROBLOX, it was simple and fun. Now, it's filled with people who are just rude and ungrateful. I still really like the game, but I grew up with it so its sad to see how much was removed and changed throughout the years.

The peak of Roblox for me was from 2015 until 2018. Back in 2016 the Roblox YouTubers were amazing, tycoons, obbies, no slenders, and barely any bullying. I wish we could somehow go back to that era but the most important part is that we all got to experience it.

I started playing ROBLOX on 2017, I found it through Dan's channel. When I first found it I was astonished by the graphics and the fact it had other players to play with, I was around 5-6 years old during that time. Back then, every game I played on ROBLOX felt amazing, fresh and even had normal players back then to talk to. Every event game they made was amazing, well thought-out, and bug free. Everybody was hyped up for every single event they made. The best one being the Egg Hunts. Nowadays, it's the polar opposite of what ROBLOX was back then, I feel like every time I go on ROBLOX nothing peaks my interest. Most of the games ROBLOX offers on the discovery page are extremely low quality, no creativity and can't even top the games back then. Not just that but the community became toxic and sexual, filled with predators, and filled with disgusting games made by developers. ROBLOX does almost nothing to these games as it makes them money. Lastly, the events aren't even half as good, they have so low quality structures and it is filled with bugs, to the point that they're already making it obvious they don't care about these event games anymore.

Although ROBLOX has gotten worse over the years, I still thank it for giving me entertainment, happy experiences, and helping me with my confidence. No ROBLOX year can compare to 2017, it was just that good.

I grew up in Roblox like it was reality. Hopefully I'm a normal person now and not attached to the computer like I was as a kid. Still, it was another reality, like how flying with a rainbow carpet across Cash Tycoon and listening to NCS was all another world.
