That’s exactly why I measured and bought all new screws on the Rad bikes. The factory hardware is garbage.
Also used a rope tensioner by twisting the rope to draw parts into position without damaging finishes.
Absolutely no way to install the rear rack any other way.

I just got the Senada Drifter, 500 w 48 v 14ah it's so awesome and great battery life, I do 28.6 mph full throttle, I'm already looking at a 750 w to get, have a couple in mind, this one is on my list of 3 now! The customer service on mine is awesome, 2 warehouses in CA and NJ, that's very important to get a good customer service based bike. This may be my nxt folding ebike, very cool! I dig ur very calming instructions, great video dude
