I contemplate taking my own life each and every day I have tried multiple suicide attempts. I'm currently on medication for my depression and anxiety. But whenever I listen to lofi hop hop and scroll down to the comments. It relives me not only that the background music calms my anxiety .But the comments gives me hope to keep on living each day because knowing that their are people out their in a community online and are expressing their emotions. Rather that be through lofi or by a nice or thoughtful comment talking about all of us in the world not being alone. Really just blows me away in the world of politics or really any other community all you see is hate and bitterness towards each other. But lofi is different we build each other up with a positive message or a story that others can relate to. I always wanted to find a community like this community and now I feel like I'm not alone. For anyone reading this just know that even though you are at a place where you are Ethier depression or completing ending your life just know that I feel your pain and misery but the only way to truly. Get out of this hole is through people you trust and seeking help instead of a permanent solution. I'm here for you if you want to talk and chill out with.
