Enjoyed this video and i found it immediately helpful. My one question, when doing the final line of the exercise, the high note, I have no choice but to "flip" into a different sounding voice/tone/register (I'm not vocally trained so I'm not sure what to call it)... it's not quite falsetto but it's definitely different than the tones I'm producing for the lower notes. Does this negate the point of the exercise?

I keep switching to headvoice at the third part of the song.
I can create the pressure and follow the steps, but can switching also help improve my voice, or should I stop there?
