Help please!! So I have been cooking and baking for my family and friends as a hobby for about 20yrs now, it’s something I enjoy doing. I want to start selling more cakes and sweets. I tried doing the mini cakes, and they came out too dry and stuck to the mini pan. They were in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. What am I doing wrong? Please, any tips you might have for me? Thank you in advance for your time and help.

You know what? Here’s an idea!
Have you ever considered selling your labels? Some people, such as myself, lack the skills to do this.
You wouldn’t have to custom make each order. Just choose a few sizes and leave a place for people to write in the flavor. Just an idea… 😊
