Spot on, when sold my last house I could have thrown some of the obvious time wasters out of the door, it was incredibly frustrating and annoying the amount of people looking around my home who were clearly either not really interested in buying it or just not in a position to buy it.
Estate agents should really weed these people out before bringing them to the house.
I am pretty sure some of them were theives casing the joint.
