I have a question- my mother’s biometric was done while doing visitor visa. During supervisa application, she was not asked to provide biometric again when she visited vfs to submit the application. However, in the our supervisa application portal login we do see it says biometric completed (assuming they are referring older ones they have already.

So question is in the consent form, biometric section I should fill the first half of section that says - ‘Applicants wishing to provide biometric’ right?

Hi, I created and filled the application for my group (3 members of my family and I). We would like to use 2 way courier service. So I have 2 questions:
- In "to receive/give my documents from/to ____, " what we need to put here? The name of each one of us? Or the city from where we are sending the package?
- I'll be the one that will give the package to the package person. Does the "Consent for Indirect Submission and/or Collection" should use my information? Or the person from the 2 way courier service? Thanks!

I received ppr and now I have to fill this form to get my passport stamped. In this case do I have to fill the fourth page regarding biometrics enrollment. I have already provided my biometrics before.

For the last page, if they are a minor and didn't need to get biometrics, should we sign in the "Applications not wishing to provide biometrics" section?

Hey!

I have applied for canadian Visitor Visa inside the USA. I am an Indian Citizen currently residing in the US on F-1 Visa. Regaring filing this consent form, shall I enter my current residential address of the USA or should I mention my Indian Address same as my passport?

Also, I have already submitted my Biometrics at ASC. Do I also need to fill the biometric section / page 4 of the consent form ?

Hi. The biometric application email says the information should be same as the biometric letter issued by IRCC. The letter has my mailing address while my passport has a different address. Which address should i put on consent form? Thank you

Why need to fill consent form, but vfs jalandhar not required consent form

If we fill up wrong information in "declaration to be signed only" section and then cut the wrong information with pen, will it be a problem in process ?

If I am applying for tourist visa on behalf of my father should I fill out first section of page 3? I am in Canada hence he will only be collecting the documents. I just represented him as a family member for online submission.

Hello, thank you for the video! What if my name on my passport and in Travel Documents is different?
In my passport and home country its "Last Name - First Name", in travel documents it's always automatically "First Name - Last Name"
