"Once a librarian in the Iacon Hall of Records, Orion Pax became curious and concerned of the questionable state of equality within the Cybertronians. It was here he met Megatronus and became inspired by his words. Megatronus soon became a mentor to the librarian. Later, stood in front of the Council with a new named Megatron, Orion explained how he believed violence was not the answer to true equality. The sparks of the Council were moved by Orion's words and believe that he was worthy of being a Prime. An upset, hurtful, and angered Megatron then joined with his followers and so began the war. As the battle took place Orion journeyed to the core of Cybertron hoping to reverse the ill effects, but instead was granted with the Matrix of Leadership. And thus, the last Prime was born.

ohgosh, im actually terribly nervous to upload this video mainly because the last time i did a voice over i failed miserably and told myself never again would i do this but i decided to do this one and i just pray that the story line isnt horrible Dx

so an anon on tumblr suggested this song and the idea to edit to it using either Optimus or OptimusxMegatron. I screamed and decided to edit with Optimus as ideas were flowing through my mind! but of course i had to throw in a hint bit of OptimusxMegatron ;DD

I spent about 2 days working on the audio alone as i had many ideas and had to play around with all the audio to find the most fitting. after that the clips took me about another 2 days and then it was just a matter of figuring out for the life of me how to do the beginning like i did (i know it looks bad, but i tried and i got so frustrated so im happy with it just being like that xD) & DO NOT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON HOW MANY RENDERS I HAD TO DO IN AFTER EFFECTS TO GET THE FONT TO WORK LIKE THAT JUSTKAJSHLKDJHGKDSJHGDSGSDGJLKHSDG FRUSTRATION AT ITS FULLEST!!

Storyline: I pretty much poured my heart and soul into this storyline. I wanted to reflect the way I see Optimus and the reason why he means so much to me and i think i did that, im honestly not so sure anymore I havent stopped working on this video since i got the idea & my eyes and brain are pretty much fried. For the theme i pretty much wanted it to be like an archive. I wanted it to be like future Cybertronians, or us humans, got to see the past of Optimus Prime just as Orion got to see the past of Cybertron. Which explains the beginning. I hope i did that okay.. maybe.. possibly?? I only work with Sony Vegas here, im not a genius (p.s. yes i realize the the text isnt that readable at the beginning that was what i was going for)

I want to thank 2 people for helping me out extremely with this video. If it wasnt for them it probably wouldnt look or sound as good as it does now xD

It is so odd that Optimis is a fictional charecter brings much more stronger emotions then a real being.
Who ever came up with the orginal idea back in the 1980's I greatly respect bringing hope to so many people across world even giving the fact it was a toyline. It have become much greater just the idea of the perfect hero...screw Superman....Optimus Prime is the real hero.

I'm trying to think of a TV show that has emotionally destroyed me as much as Transformers Prime... I honestly can't think of anything. I wish shows like this got the respect they deserved. I'm sure it gets swept under the rug for being a kid's cartoon, but its characters are better than almost any others out there... and Optimus Prime, well, he's the best of them all. And your videos do him greater justice than any others. well done. <3

When I re-watched the show after growing up a little...
I realised that Ratchet had the most character depth that no one understood

But this video!! I watch this time to time.... Optimus Prime has to be the best fictional character I've ever seen!

Optimus has always been my hero ever since I was 6 years old. Yeah Optimus is a noble goody two shoes, but he's a champion, a leader that would sacrifice himself before anyone else. I always wanted to be like him.

Its been 14 years and he still has a place in my heart. Optimus Prime is one of the best characters that has ever existed.

The thing about the Transformers Fandom is that... at the beginning everything is simple. Decepticons are bad, Autobots are good. But as time goes on and you see more and learn more. You start to understand that things are not black and white with it. Optimus is not except from this. He's the 'Perfect Autobot Leader' and he can 'have no faults'...but its not true... He's not perfect, he's not without darkness. Like war, the story starts out black and white but as time goes by... it fades more grey with each episode. Its hard to see Optimus as anything other than perfect and good, and it hurts really bad when that thought is shattered. He's no Decepticon, but he's not perfect...

Words cannot describe how beautiful and amazing this is. The video and the audio take from Transformers Prime is perfect. The music and text that is on screen makes it even more amazing. The audio and music are both at the perfect volume so that you can both equally. They all fit together and all have perfect timing with each other.

This is the best Optimus Prime tribute ever. Optimus is a role model and Father figure, and even if you don't like him you have to admit he's incredible. This tribute made me love him even more. This is even the best YouTube video I have ever seen. I have watched this video so many times, and I have shared the link to a few other Transformers Fans I know, I hope you don't mind.

The feels hit hard and I was struggling not to cry as I watched this as I didn't want to miss a second. I couldn't help but cry after I finished watching this. The time, effort and patience that was put into this video is obvious, the quality it amazing. This video also shows how much talent you have. Please continue making videos like these.
