I just pick them off the tree itself and eat just as so.. you have to acquire the taste to them but they really aren't that bad at first you may think it's more floral bitter and lemony but that goes away as you get use to the taste I'm going to try this spruce tea with some peach tea bags from the store to add a flavor or you could go with a roobios if you want no caffeine and roobios is super healthy for you as well 👍

PS I live in New Zealand and apparently white pine here is called kahikatea tree but I don’t know if that’s the same as the white pine needle you are referring too.
