Im gonna be honest, I owe quite a bit to this song, it really caused a breakthrough with how I understand and play my guitar. When I sat down and learned this song by ear, I came to the realization that I could play the major pentatonic scale at a level that allowed me to improvise and make a solo my own. It was that moment where I had felt like I truly surpassed the beginner phase of guitar playing. I know something like this might be trivial for more experienced players, but I've really started find my own voice on this instrument and I owe part of that to this song. There will forever be a trace of Kyle Davis in everything I write and play, and for that I thank you.

Epic song my man. I've seen a video with the sound recorded from the lake so you get the echo and it just puts this jam over the top. Had to come find it after and not knocking the crisp sound in this recording (it's on point my friend) but the echo adds more soul somehow. 👍🏻👍🏻
