The BEST Spicy Vodka Sauce you'll ever make!

This is my go to pasta sauce recipe. Its easy, delicious and done in under thirty minutes!

Ingredients:
2 cups Heavy Cream
1 cup Tomato Past
1 Diced Shallot
3 tsp Minced Garlic
4 Tbsp Vodka *Optional
4 tsp Chili Flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 cup of oil
RESERVE 1 CUP OF PASTA WATER

-Heat oil in pan.
-Add in your Shallot and cook for two minute then add in your minced garlic and continue cooking for one more minute until your shallot is soft.
-Take your tomato paste and add it to the pan. Cook until it is darker in color and a bit caramelized.
-Add Vodka and cook until it almost evaporates
-Next add in your heavy cream and mix until fully incorporated.
-Take your chili flakes and sprinkle them in and mix fully.
-Keep stirring until everything is combined and salt and pepper to taste.
-Add in your 1 cup of pasta water, stir until combined & ENJOY :)
