It is a traditional bread in Armenia, also widespread in Iran, Turkey and throughout Caucasus & the Middle East.

And I guess you eat it raw, because there's no cooking instruction

It’s not Turkish, it’s Armenian.
You didn’t have that bread before 7th century, because you had to move from one place to another.

Is this the bread allowed to dry and store for later use -- refresh with few drops of water? If so, how do I dry them?

Thank you. This looks great.
Can the dough balls be frozen individually and defrost when needed?   I don't think I can use twelve at a time.
More or less which is the diameter of the ones you make (just to have a hint when rolling).
I appreciate you effort and your delicious recipes.
Best regards.

Are you guys seriously fighting over a bread? Can we just enjoy the food and not debate if it was Armenian or Turkish.

Would’ve been nice to see you cook it & how to store it. Is this the kind/recipe that some make with black seeds?

It's so freaking hilariously stupid to see people debate over whose traditional bread is Lavash. A person here even brought up genocide. My goodness!! What a pity! Just take flour, salt and make your bread and call it whatever you like.
