Ingredients

For preparing potato

Potatoes (cubed) - 300 grams
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp

For preparing masala

Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Asafetida - 1/2 tsp
Onion chopped - 1 bigsize
Green chili - 2 numbers
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Tomato - 2 medium size
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Roasted Potatoes (prepared earlier)
Curd - 3/4 cup
Water - 1/2 cup or as needed
Kasturimethi - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - a handful for garnish
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

I made it❤️so testy, , i worried to add curd so added only 2 table spoon. And added only coriander, chilly, turmeric, fennel powders and cumin seed no more spices, but it was good👍👍(used normal size 3 potatoes)
