I'm a Indominus guy but after watching CC season 5, I'm siding with Spino.
Straight from the canon feat list:

-Spino withstood explosive rifle shots from Coopers gun (one shot destroyed a plane.
- Tanked a high speed plane (Super King Air 200) hit with little damage charging at over 25000 lbs.
- Killed an adult prime Tyrannosaurs bull with ease and with 1 hit within seconds tanking the 7 tonne bite force like nothing.
- Attracted to T.rex pee according to Eric, the survivalist, meaning it had a biological interest in hunting them down. 7 adult Tyrannosaurs on Sorna (Buck, Doe, Bull, BE) meaning a few died by Spino according to Speilberg.
-Destroyed a heavily spiked metal and cement built steel fence with ease.
- Destroyed the Ingen Barge (boat) and lifted it (which was 7000 to 10, 000lbs)
- Withstood a lake fire for over a minute getting burned. Surpassing anything the series has seen.
-Caused an extinction on Sorna (filled with multiple dinosaur species and 5x bigger than Nublar)

Camp Cretaceous feats:
- Tanked multiple Tyrannosaurs bites with no visible damage.
- Ragdolled BE and chocked her out with a single bite while being mind controlled and no arm usage.
- Lifted up the unconscious BE with just jaws.
- Tanked a kentosaurus swing with no damage. That swing knocked over a 10+ tonne 55ft long theropod which shows how powerful the swing was. It was also spiked yet no skin damaged on Spino. Insane hax durability and defense.

About the durability on spino, it is true that he got bit by big eatie multiple times and he's not Injured or anything, but that one scene when big eatie spino somewhere in the neck or something (her bite landed right next to the spine) and took damage. And me personally, feels like Spino can get hurt in certain area

Honesty cc spino was semi at its prime and rexy at the time is old so spino wins mid to low diff. It’s technically a hybrid and the most powerful in the franchise second to indominus Rex only.
