Hello. I've tried several of these tutorials. I have tried as many sticks as possible. I have formatted on my windows FAST32, I have also formatted as it tells you on the MODX itself.
I have put only this file in the root dierctory and this is what comes up every single time.
Searching for the updater ...ok
MODX updater 2.01
Preparing ....NG
Press Inc yes to try again.
Every which way I have tried for most of the afternoon, every suggestion and for some odd reason every one else seems to be able to update except me. Any Help, Many Thanks.

I noticed that you did not click on "Initialize All Data" when you finished updating.
Other videos instruct to do that.
Yamaha instructs the same thing: "Execute the Initialize All function ([UTILITY] > [Settings] > [System])."
Is that necessary to do?
