When i uncheck the Enterprise App Management Service box and then click ‘Apply’ it checks the EAMS box again. I clicked Apply and the Okay anyway, then restarted my computer. After a few minutes of using my computer, it seems okay.

If the issue is caused by a corrupt windows driver, then it will not allow you to boot even in save-mode, getting stuck in a boot-loop instead.
All that you can do in that case, as far as I am aware at least, is reinstall Windows via an external media, then repair the broken drivers.

People can also fix this problem by disabling the fast startup option under power options. This way windows should fix the problem itself. Then check for any updates.
