What do you think of this tipping structure change?👇🏻

@5:06 the father you drive?

Surely there's a "drive your mom" joke in there somewhere.

DT is not paying more, they dropped the pay on the lower tier.

They changed the pay structure, but to say they’re paying more is not true. They are paying more if you have a larger order that doesn’t get tipped on. The smaller orders, which are not tipped have gone down. I would say it has a change and pay structure for no tip orders.

$25 for 1.5 hours and drive around 10 miles and don't forget about heavy bags. Also, you have to load and unload food and set everything when you arrive at the customer. Would you like a $10 tip for job as a driver and server with $10 tips? Hell, no. Phoenix market, dlvrd

Definitely NOT often at all that DD sends you $30 tips! Yesterday I had a unicorn that tipped $34.16. And once a while back got a $99 tip for a catering order from Chipotle. Only had to drive 1.6 miles too. Other than that, not very often.

I have never heard of foodja for catering and I am in Arizona! I just filled out the application and I am on the waitlist. I prefer doing catering runs out of all other delivery types, so this would be awesome to get activated on! Thanks for the recommendation, Mike! :)

No they definetly paying A LOT less!
On the old structure with Tip pool, a $670 dollar order will pay $25 (tip pool)+ $15 (commission) for a total of $40
On the new structure a no tip order costing $670 will pay $20 (base tip) + $5 (commission) for a total of $25
So you are getting paid $15 less than if they had just kept the old pay

(EDIT): The $30/order is old now. that used to be true, but after the pay change I've gotten an order that only pays $13.22 LMAO, the $30/order is definitely OLD NEWS

When I use to work on walnut they made catering parties pay 20%. They also rented out a room but I'm pretty sure they are now enforcing mandatory gratitudty

Also, they should give us a brake down on tips and the deliveries

All the delivery companies need to do away with tipping and charge the customer and pay the driver by the mile like every other transport business.

Are there ANY digital sweatshop economy apps that are still "high paying"? I'm not aware of any.

This app is for drivers by drivers and his bunch of bullshit look at what they actually pay all of the earnings are coming from gratuity I was shocked by what their pay actually is because I worked on getting all this stuff for about a year just because I didn't put a hundred a timer to get on it but the point is is that when I finally got on it I was not happy at all that the advertising that this is for drivers by drivers their pay is garbage gratuities on par
