This scene really makes see why people in the Farmworld dimension are so terrified of magic for years to come. The only force of magic they ever see comes from a madman who unleashed frozen bell on everyone he met. Nothing could stand against him, and even the slightest sound could mean your end. That little song she sings to her baby probably became an old wives tales that everyone told to their children, echoing a legacy of fear that will last forever.
