There's been rumors of his infidelities since before he and his wife were even married. It was obvious when he was on The Voice that he would often choose contestants to remain on his team because he was attracted to them, not because of their talent. So, it shouldn't be a surprise to his wife that he cheated with this woman. With that said, this woman is not a victim. She made a choice to have the affair too and doesn't seem to feel bad for his wife and kids at all. She's probably just mad that he dumped her and is probably cheating with some other woman by now.
