Zoe, I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and I'm only 11 I've looked at your helping videos and I have the same issues I also have low blood sugar which makes my vision completely blurs, my mum and dad sometimes argue because recently my gran, my mums mum, had a stroke and my brothers been playing up recently, so these blogs were my distraction and I can't thank you enough of what you've helped me with I only found you 3 months ago(due to the internet:P) and your are brilliant also nobody knows in my family that I watch tons (and I mean TONS!!!!) of YT and when you and Alfie and all those amazing you tubers release books I can't buy them (as I don't have pocket money) .All I wanted to say was his amazing you've mad my life been!!!
