Or pro tip... DON'T put them back. They are unnecessary. They are only put on at the factory when going down the line. They are not needed after because the wheels and caliper hold the rotor on.

So I've got two tricks for these, if they're frozen in there and about to strip i use heat (usually just the oxy acetylene torch) and they come right out, or if they're stripped I'll use my cutoff wheel and the impact driver with a flathead bit on it and it'll break it loose then just a screwdriver.

Can’t help but notice that you don’t use your tire as an added safety measure lol.

That’s a must.

Impact driver would rock the shit out of the rusty screws haha

Honestly the only way I can get them off is with heat.
Impact screws don't work around salty roads

Just buy a set of easy outs, , , works every time

I had to do the same thing on an older 2002 V6 Honda Accord. I got lucky and got them unscrewed using a drill.

Just heat them up a bit before you try to loosen.
They come right out. A bolt buster works really good. Or use a impact driver and BFH.

The reason they get stuck is because the screws have loctite on them! Get a blowtorch heat the screw and with a breaker bar you can unscrew them easily.

If the screw is trashed just smack the back of the rotor with a hammer it'll pull the screw out with it (sometimes threads get damaged but the screw isn't going back in anyways)

Left hand drill bit. If it doesn’t bite and turn it out, then atleast you have a hole for your extractor

I've come to the point long ago where I just go for the drill first. I don't bother with wasting time. Of course, if it is a newer vehicle, then the impact screwdriver is the first choice.

Heat and impact screwdriver. Map gas will work.

All good methods the method that works for me the best though personally was using an impact driver with a screw extractor bit

All you need is a drill bit that’s small enough Togo in there a T bit and a hammer.

These screws literally only hold the rotor on on the assembly line. After that get rid of them

Where do you find these rotor screws?? I've never had to remove one
