idk i think the content in minecraft now is another reason as to why it’s so big. there’s something for everyone and so much variety. i think if it was just how it was all those years ago, people would have lost a lot of interest already.

The current approach in Minecraft is fire, bundles and armor trims reminds me of old school fantasy games. What we really need right now is one of those but on a completely different level to what’s currently going on right now. I’m confident Notch could deliver one of those if in the mindset to. The world needs an actual good fantasy mmorpg type game.
