Great video, I have a 2011 f250 and the passenger airbag cover has a very small tear. The airbag does not look like it ever deployed. Can you tell be how to just replace the cover? Thanks

Don't you Always Disconnect the Ground Cable 1st ?!

It's indicate to remove the negative (black wire) not the positive terminal.

Did anyone have luck with the clockspring replacement fixing nonfunctional steering wheel controls and multi- function switch (wiper/ flasher), etc? Everything on my steering column is dead except the horn.

You should disconnect the pos and neg wires from the battery, run a jumper wire from pos to neg for 5-10 min and turn your headlights on. This drains any residual electricity that might remain in the system. Somebody is going to get hurt with this video.

Funny how there is not ONE '09 Expedition video on clocksprings. Plenty that say F-150-350 07'-14.' But no one mentions the 09 Expedition. I appreciate your work but youtube has NO answers to my dilemma. 60lbs of pressure and the tricky little airbag spring doesn't even budge? I call bullshit

Tabs ain’t nothing like that in a 2016! So far it’s a bitch to unplug the wires. If your air bag has activated, the connection wires will be fused from the heat. Good luck.

You pull the ground of the battery, not positive. half the components in that truck can hold a residual charge and with ground still hooked up, good luck.
