I notice she’s very professional and straight to the point with heavy. Just like he is. She doesn’t have to mess around with jokes or flowery words

"This one's got your name all over it big guy!"
I can confirm that's exactly how people sound when they have a job for a big guy and know a big guy who'll do it. Great voice lines.

My favorite "I know your working so your probably killing... like... Everything"

One of my favorite things about the contracts is that these can be the only glimpses for some players into the characters lives and behaviors outside of the game. Pauling is quick and succinct with Heavy, because that's how he operates normally for his mercenary work. Hes all business, and hes really good at what he does, which is also why pauling is giving him the most "critical" and "dangerous" contracts. Engineer gets the thinkers, "I need someone who can read on this one." Shes always trying to wake up Demo from a drunken slumber, and shes always trying to fend off scout when she begrudgingly has to give him work. I miss tf2 so fucking much man

Is it me or is it seem like the entire administration team trusts heavy more than anyone else?

I don’t think heavy is quiet at all. Proof?

They are closer outside of work hours, Heavy has taken her to a gun range before.

Okay so i think i have it figured out;
Heavy is like an older brother for Pauling, so he gets the heavy work that would need a full S.W.A.T team and a level of brutality none of the other mercs have. Sniper is a close friend, so he gets some of the easier, one-off missions that requiere a leave-no-trace hit on somebody. Engineer is the swiss army knife uncle that she gives all the odd-end and science-based contracts. Medic and Spy are strictly business for covert/espionage(everyone needs a doctor, so Medic is an easy in, and you can't find out what you can't see for Spy). Demo is called when it doesn't matter the avenue of completion of the task and/or shock and awe or mass destruction. Pyro and Scout are avoided because they are children(Pyro in a "He aint that bright and hes fine where he is" kind of way and Scout in a "If we ever need him for anything, we were cooked from the start" kind of way)
