I'm being forced to move out of a rental home I've been at 13 years and I'm going to buy a house and Jupiter is in my forth house! What are the odds?

I have Pisces 4th house and my 18 years into adulthood, was my family moving constantly, sometimes shady neighborhoods and drug and alcohol addictions, not myself (my mother, father, father in prison, sister and brother drugs as well). Now there has been a almost 180° and family doesn't do drugs anymore and became religious. I'm looking forward to this transit since been feeling a disconnect in my own home and hoping to renovate and beautify my home, create a small sanctuary and somewhere that feelscomfortable. .
