Yeah, I encountered this particular model in multiple games. but I could only see it from a great distance - whenever I'd come closer it would transform into a regular car.

Given that there appears to be no horizontal or vertical planed panels, if it were made from the right materials it would be a stealth vehicle. No police radar would be able to get a reflection reading on it, like stealth aircraft.
As you're blasting along at 30 mph.

It feels more like they were afraid if they added more polygons, we wouldn't get a smooth 60fps looking at it.

this is just a golfcart frame with a few piece's of plexiglass attached to it, it even still has the beeping when switched into reverse... and I love it

the only problem of the low res car LRC is that the accident with another car will be a high res accident HRA.
