As usual, the sweeping solution to fighting propaganda and advertising, no matter who is selling, is supporting increased funding to public education. Not the short-term band-aid ... no ... better education is the Long Term Cure. Water a tree, it bears fruit in 5 years. Educate Americans to spot baloney and the country/world/species will be healthier for it.

They do bot need to be in Russia to ping off it. Other nations have "Russian" not helping Russia but working for their countries interest. The one that has benefited the most.
