You know it's funny, after hearing about the PS5 Pro, after having my "WTF really?" reaction, my next thought was, "Watch Nintendo come in soon and show Sony how it's done" lol. Glad I am not the only one thinking this.

Exactly! I thought the same thing, imagine that tomorrow Nintendo presents a great system, with a good price and games - people would start making comparisons everywhere and Nintendo would be a "hero who saves the players' situation", a very good marketing move

Nintendo doesn't want possible Switch 2 customers to be buying a Switch for the holidays. Yes, they're fine with a Switch 2 announcement eating into their Switch sales, because that means more people will be getting the newer console. A September announcement makes a lot of sense. BTW, the rumor from 2016 was that they were originally going to announce the Switch in September but ended up delaying it a month because Mario Odyssey wasn't quite ready to show yet.

I think not only we're getting a Switch 2 reveal within a month, but they might release it in late March 2025.

Last financial reports didn't look well for hardware sales, but they did NOT lowered their predicted sales. What can they possibly sell that they're so confident for this fiscal year?

I wouldn’t want a ps5 pro for free. I want physical games. Digital only? Forget about it. What, I’m gonna give you $700 so I can give you more money for bad games that I don’t own? Get lost Snoy. Compared to the Switch Sony and Microsoft have no games.

The switch 2 reveal is definitely going to be sometime this month. It's just a matter of what day I think. The only thing I liked about the PS5 pro reveal was the sheer visuals and audio. Nintendo can blow it sky high with the switch 2 reveal

£699.99 for a SLIGHT upgrade in power (will still have 30FPS game LMAO) and they cant even include the £80 disc drive or the stand, the stand which is also over priced at like £35
Also they have no back compat.... like what???!

playstation with that price made a lot of gamers mad, that timing of switch 2 even if theres no live gameplay would mess up ps pretty badly. I doubt it will be next week as they are still releasing limited editions for the oled on their games.

This is legitimately Nintendo’s chance to pull the ultimate uno reverse card on Sony by revealing the switch 2 next week or sometimes very soon this month.

Switch 2 is going to be overall more worth it than the PS5 Pro and overall is going to be more affordable, it’s the ultimate chance to get everyone hyped and ready for the Switch 2!
