Vr needs some big names to bring in the mainstream.
It baffles me why arcade shooters like House of the Dead and Time Crisis havent been ported to VR platforms.

GT7, Kayak, RE Village etc were all great early on.

Since then we've had a mixture of failures and fixed releases which has been worrying.

Sony are certainly keeping their cards close to their chest while Quest 3 has been a massive success and looks the more feature rich headset (until the super expensive AVP is out)

IMHO all they need to do is release hybrid patches for PS5 games like they did for GT7 & Village, bring an Astro game and more PSVR1 & PCVr ports and add PC support and it will be amazing!

It was a great first year in terms of software. I'm assuming the headset isn't selling in droves. I own 47 games though. Outside of free upgrades, I bought at least 40 of them. So many good games to play but if you want Sony AAA output, it's not really there, just a handful of titles. Indie developers will keep putting their games on the headset, it's not going to be discontinued anytime soon.

Could care less about rec room, would rather see ports of Astro bot, wipeout, re7, and other games to PSVR2. I’ve been happy so far with the amount of games released for psv2; though I’d love to see more rpgs less horror titles.

Rec Room is a huge money maker, and the fact that it's not financially viable to release on PS VR2 says it all, unfortunately.

Right now, Id be happy if Sony made VR patches for a couple of existing PS5 games, and announced a new, big IP game for 2025.

My wishlist Time Crisis 1and 2 and some type of Jurassic park arcade type game up to 4 players ❤ like Jurassic world railshooter RoboCop railshooter like virtual cop but Ghost of toshima sounds amazing 😍
