HOW I AM DEALING WITH MY DEPRESSION

It’s been a while, here i am almost a year later and getting the ball rolling on posting more frequently.
Over the past year i have had a lot of ups and downs and the downs have been difficult to get through, in this video i share some of my experiences on what helps me get through to the other side my bouts of depression.

Hope someone out there can find some use of it.
