Okay here it what I know. There will option to change free chat/quick chat when You are logged in.
When you are playing it as guest you cannot change it,
as he said they need to know your age to stop bullying and all ( excuses )
if logged in and ac age is under 18 then also you would not aable to change it.

Solution - Create a google play/ Apple account which is 18+ I mean you birth date and log in with it

on my account im over 18 and am logged in but on nintendo switch i can't select that chat, if i use handheld mode it's fine but it doesn't work on my tv, any help?

How do I use the keyboard on Xbox one? It's just the auto replies. But I've seen other people pull up a keyboard somehow. I can't manage to do it 😩
