I’ve got the goon smasher but it doesn’t launch any zombies or do any cool things like all the videos I’ve seen. Any ideas as to why? It’s just a normal sledgehammer for me

I would hunt the last fire elemental goon in the far east of garison region, but the goon becomes invisible and glitched out so i can't beat him anymore. I quit the game Immediately and restart it. The game load respawnes me to a peacekeeper tower that's directly besides the point where the goon should be spotted, but he don't appears anymore even after patch 1.3.1b
