I think Wolf has a very similar mistake as well. If I recall, the bottom of his boots on his render are either red or blue, while in the game, they're the opposite color.

That was the underpaid Graphic Artist who was just paid to color swap Luigi’s render color from the his default costume.

So he just added the color swap filter and called it a day.
