Paying to attend an event is quite normal, why will they do it for free. And the example u said Aishwarya rai, didn't go there because she was a famous actress it was because she was the face of L'Oréal who were the sponsors then, Deepika went because of her Hollywood movie release. The same way with Brut India being a part of Cannes these influencer were invited n though invited they will have to pay for their entry. Obviously, it's not charity it's business. And also Cannes only had actors n actresses is not right, they have always invited many models as a part of the guest list. These influencers u are speaking of are not just Instagram n YouTube restricted. Niharika has appeared in many magazine covers, ads etc. Even Nancy is a model if u see her YouTube vlogs, it's evident that she is invited to events n modelling shoots. So it not like they had Instagram account n they got called because they had number's. They earned their popularity, made their network, and connected with the right ppl so they were there.
