So why is the man divorcing the woman? The children were left in your care and you allowed them to go somewhere. He should have followed up in the evening to find out where that child was. And then he turns around and blames the wife just because the child is supposedly at the in-law's? He should blame himself. Not the wife.

Legally, the husband is to be blame. He was supposed to look after the children whiles the wife goes out to work. Why didn't he follow up to the father in laws house when the two children came home that night! The father should be in prison for Child NEGLECT period!
