Video or camera copying stand from an old Enlarger

In this short video I show how I made a stand to enable overhead video filming. Made using an old enlarger, a piece of wood from a chair and a TV aerial Pole the cost was zero. This is what scrimping is all about.

I think you'd take the gold medal in any scrimper Olympics, brilliant use of old bits.
I had a hobby of developing and printing my films.
I used the bathroom as my darkroom. This had the only toilet and with 5 in the household it wasn't very convenient.
Excuse the pun.

Never throw anything away unless you have to, but only if you're creative or can repair things.

Good bit of recycling there. The hardest part of recycling stuff you've had for years is most definitely finding it! (Assuming you can remember having it in the first place...)

"This is a piece of old television aerial pole - it happens to be 1" in diameter ... I've had this "in stock" for over 50 years - believe it or not" JH - I believe it - I really do. I hoard - it's a problem but seeing this kinda makes me happier about my "little problem" All the best Rob Agg!
