Just listen to any detransitioners. They will tell you how easy it was to get puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones. And even how easy it was to get top surgery. You guys, this is happening. And it’s happening with minors. One kid was taken away from her parents because her parents weren’t “affirming” her even though they were calling her by her preferred name and pronouns but didn’t approve of medical treatment. She was in a group foster home for a couple years and got cross-sex hormones. It didn’t help her mental health and she eventually committed suicide.

Yet there are lots of people that have gone to the doc and gotten puberty blockers and hormones after one or two visits. That sound easy to access to me.
