I already have a Hofner violin bass, and I love it, its my main instrument, I use it with roundwound strings and play it with a pick for a more violent and rocking sound, and its perfect, but this one is a beauty, this color, the binding and the sound its amazing, I would love to get one like this soon, I love it!

Georgeous bass, I've always wondered why hofner didn't use chrome machine head turners, it would compliment the whole instrument, no?

Sounds good. Looks good too, except for those pointless dot markers on the fingerboard. Who, paying over £1500 for this bass, is going to need dot markers? They're for complete beginners, but nobody's going to start playing bass on this instrument. So it should have a plain fingerboard and look sooo much more cool...
