Can you explain more of your background or what lead you to conducting QC for companies? Did you have to find customers to conduct their QC for them? Lotsa questions.

This was very good information. This is my first time as well trying to make a product and with the company asking for 6k worth of 4000 piece samples which sounds like way to much for testing I will be looking into quality control for sure for I know all my 4000 pieces will come out right instead of it be being poor quality and breaking and I wasted money. I was going give the full amount of funds so knowing I can negotiate paying into steps in a contract will work best for me.

Quality control will including these key step:

1) clear and specific QUALITY SPECIFICATION
This specification is to ensure you handout your expectation to your supplier, if they don't understand, explain to them, to make it crystal clear to your supplier what you need, and in which way you need it.

2) breakdown key step to tracking the status
The standard is setup and explain to your supplier. however, implementation always variation from what we expected.
so you have to tracking the status in the key milestone, in case there is any deviation out of your expectation, then you get time to correct it.
