The Mighty Pita of Dol Guldur Part Deux! (Podcast)

In the last episode, we took a look at the Pits of Dol Guldur legion and how to beat it. Today, we put our money where our mouth is as Matt pilots the Return of the King against Evan's Pits build.

The four buildings on that board are the Kingdom of Saxonia free houses from Conquest Creations - they're really good for playing on!

While this would be risky, the White Warg is listed as a Hero of Fortitude, so technically he can be the target or assassin model. Picking him as your assassin would require you to dismount Azog to get full points, but you could settle for 5VPs instead of 7. As a target, you're likely to sneak a wound on him (or burn Azog's Fate point) without the other player expecting it.

On the list review: Goroth's stick is that he can have Orcs near him taking his wounds . . . why not downgrade a few Morannons to Orc Warriors/Trackers so you can have less expensive models take the hits? Or maybe there's a place for a wraith/Gorbag replacing Goroth/Kardush and then doing the Black Numenorean thing Evan was talking about?
