Dwight dyed his hair in season 1 episode 5 “The Alliance” he does this at the end because Jim tells him to infiltrate the Stamford branch, but he needs to dye his hair as a disguise. Jim revealed he was just prancing Dwight the whole time, but Dwight still dyed his hair anyways.
