I think phi cuz wakiya is commisienor(how it spells bruh) and the shadow look like phi, or all shadow in beyblade like that, it could be just wakiya, walking to a room of him, if delta and daigo is in beyblade, I think it's in 38 or after that, now I think is wakiya, that building was a home of wakiya, this shadow so mystery, and so I think it was wakiya training gyming and not training a beyblade

It could be just the characters walking towards the door. The reason I say this is because they didn't shy away from showing Wakiya in the next episode, and they would show the blader if possible. Also, the tag team league wouldn't be able to accommodate another blader, unless Shu joins. Then in that case, of course it could be a returning character Just a theory, I could be wrong :)

We know that shu and lane are a team in the new tournament, so I personly hope its going to be a few new characters that are able to maybe defeat shu and lane. For example I hope sth like phi and hearts or gwin and delta.

the best one to come back is daigo because a new doomscizor has already been there and we do not know if he owns it yet and he is the only one that will probably tag with lane phi might though but he became good at the last video of turbo.
