I was so excited to buy this calendar, but it's not worth the price. I would not recommend buying this calendar this year! Maybe the 2024 Dior Advent will be better!

I’d be so upset if I spent $750 on a bunch of samples. I feel like Dior could have easily placed a couple of full size lipsticks, mascara, or full sized nail polishes just to balance all of the samples that didn’t cost them anything. I can’t imagine how many returns Dior is going to get. I agree with you, Laura. The advent calendar is pretty but it probably cost Dior $15 and they filled it with gift with purchases.

Yikes, I just spent 754 dollars on 13 full size dior makeup products and I got sent quite a bit of makeup samples that were in that advent calendar. I can’t believe how badly they’re ripping the public off. They should price it fairly, or start putting in some full size products. 😅

i feel like they should do what sephora does with the sample gift set. you get like 12 samples, $80, then you get a voucher for a full size of whatever fragrance you liked. my fiancé got $150 of tom ford for $80! like you're paying over $700, let's give them a free full size of one item from the advent calendar

I used to work at a department store and YES we would get those small bottles of perfume and lotions but our store didnt have the cosmetics but they def look like samples we would get from other makeup brands...

it's so obvious that the packaging for these Dior advent calendars is insanely expensive to produce - at this point you're basically buying a really pretty box. I'd rather they just keep the packaging simple and actually include interesting and larger products
