And Angus, Brahma, Brangus, Jersey, Guernsey, Holstein, hey

You mighta had to let em dig for oil and gas
You mighta had to turn the place into an exotic game ranch
You mighta had to do all kinds of things to raise the cash
So you'd always have cows around

How else you gonna lose it all like daddy did
What else will make sure you leave nothin' for your kids?

You have a badly flawed and sentimental masochistic-ness

Pull up to check cows and this starts to play on Spotify. As I was riding pasture I found where two bulls thought it was a good idea to fight between a five strand barbed wire fence.

Just heard this on the radio in the car this morning and immediately Shazam'd it. I can't believe that this came out in 2012. What a great song. I've never been in such a positive mood so early in the morning while sitting in gridlock traffic. 90% of newer country is crap so I am very glad when I find stuff like this. Love this song! I heard it for the first time at the Oklahoma State FFA Convention and have loved it ever since!! It describes owning cattle perfectly hahaha!!!

Best song ever, it's so true but you forgot Speckle Park. You can tell Corb was ranch raised because he gets it and puts it all in his songs perfectly.
