For productivity your future self will thank you for, I do a power hour.You set the alarm on your phone for an hour, and run around your house doing small chores. For example. Replacing batteries in your smoke detector, putting away laundry, cleaning, etc. when that alarm goes off, you sit back and think how much you accomplished!

I just want to say, you look amazing in that green top. Such a Spring vibe! I agree, that therapy can help people, but I don't like to give energy to the past. Its over and done with. We only have today to focus on and to create our best life.

I have done EFT for around 11 years now. I had some really bad PTSD and I bought a book by Nick Ortner. It was called 'Tapping for PTSD'. It genuinely changed my life, and I have been doing it ever since. For all different things. I also watch Brad Yates. Xx

When I saw a therapist for my MDD and anxiety he introduced me to EFT and meditation. It’s a life saver!! (I screamed when I saw you do it in your intro in your last video)
I’m also into learning new things. Like CLO3D program and learning form for powerlifting in the gym.
