A suggestion I have noticed. Put a piece of trim molding around the edge of your work bench to contain "Run Aways." Once you learn the small height difference of the molding, with vices and other tools you put on your bench, it becomes second nature.
It doesn't stop the sproings though.

Thanks for this awesome review! I ordered the reloaded kit and a sparrows cutaway core for a total of about $45 us. ant wait to start really practicing! Padlocks are great but this will really let me step my game up
