As a Dortmund fan, I would have put ozcan ahead of schlotterbeck in this list. Ozcan was a bigger need for our midfield, cost 5 mil, and if he can turn out to be a great screening midfielder, Bellingham is set to explode next season since he will have all the freedom in the world to carry the ball and create while not needing to defend so much.
