It's difficult to read a book and do the japa at the same time. Is there a technique to make it easier? Also, Soham japa does not require a mala since it goes with the natural breath. With a mala, the breath is not longer natural as we tend to hurry it so that we can't be done with it once we get to a definite count. Also, I did not get the name of Lahiri Mahasaya's ancestor. Could you spell it please ? And also, the old lady who shone with light at the end of this talk, how can she compare with Anandamayi Ma? Or was she a completely different kind of vibration? Please reply, swamiji.
