What’s up world? I’m back today with a brutal every minute on the minute Navy Seal combo.

Today’s workout is
At the beginning of every minute 3- decline sit-ups .
As many rounds as it takes to get 100- Navy Seals with 3- squat chaser.

Example:
3- decline sit ups
4- Navy seals with 3- squat chaser
Top of the minute
3- decline sit ups
4- Navy Seals with 3-squat chaser
Repeat until 100- Navy seals with 3- squat chaser are done.

If you don’t have a decline sit-ups bench substitute with standard sit-ups
If you need to scale down the workout reduce to 50% or as needed.
Train hard
Eat real food
Be your own Master!!!

Great routine to incooperate those squat chasers. I have been doing this for the last two years. Gives a much more complete workout.
